"The flat roof over our medical office had reached the point where repairs were interfering with normal building operations. Leaks had occurred above a records room and near a staff corridor, while the roof surface contained blisters, open seams, and soft insulation around one internal drain. The building remained active throughout the week, so excessive noise, uncontrolled dust, interior access, and unexpected utility interruptions were major concerns. The contractor performed the exterior inspection and reviewed the affected interior areas after patient hours. A complete replacement was recommended because moisture extended beyond the visible openings and the existing membrane had widespread age-related deterioration. We selected a fully adhered single-ply system installed over new tapered insulation and a cover board. He answered every question broke down the cost and was really honest and up front about what they were going to do. George came over measured everything I didnt feel rushed to explain what I wanted done he gave helpful suggestions and explained in detail why something would work and why it couldn't. They send an email list if EVERYTHING that you need measurements and all and answer their emails in a timely manner. The guys that came over to handle the job were professional, nice and I wasn't worried about having them in and out the house.
