"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. "This firehouse could not close its apparatus bays while the roof was being replaced. The existing modified-bitumen roof was more than 20 years old, with cracked flashing, worn cap sheet, and a soft area near the main drain. Test openings confirmed that the insulation around that drain was wet, making another coating or recovery system a poor long-term choice. Removal started at the rear of the building, away from the active bay doors. Each section was stripped, inspected, insulated, and made watertight before the crew moved forward. The steel deck was generally solid, although one corroded area near the drain required replacement. New tapered insulation improved drainage, followed by a cover board and two-ply SBS modified-bitumen system. Deliveries were scheduled so trucks never blocked emergency vehicles. If the station received a call while material was being moved, the path in front of the bays was cleared immediately."

"I absolutely LOVED Brothers Aluminum! Every single step with them was easy and hassle free. The owner Teddy is amazing was amazing to work. He answered every question broke down the cost and was really honest and up front about what they were going to do. George came over measured everything I didnt feel rushed to explain what I wanted done he gave helpful suggestions and explained in detail why something would work and why it couldn't. They send an email list if EVERYTHING that you need measurements and all and answer their emails in a timely manner. The guys that came over to handle the job were professional, nice and I wasn't worried about having them in and out the house. (We've had some horror stories with other contractors) They always let you know what they were doing and why. They were so neat as well. Which made me very happy and my husband very happy because I didn't complain. Lol My husband loved the fact that they included everything in the price as well as the dumpster.
