"Bill Taylor, the President of the company, carefully surveyed the condition of the roof. His detailed, clear estimate addressed all of my concerns. The crew assigned to the project was efficient and courteous. The company is GAF certified, ensuring the warranty will be honored. I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing."

"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

"Working with Pinnacle Roofing 786 was a pleasure. The owner is very responsive, pays attention to all details and aspects of the job process, and communicative. The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. Contacted Pinnacle Roofing to come by and check something months after the job was complete, and had someone at my door a couple of days later. Would not hesitate to recommend or work with Pinnacle Roofing again."

"This firehouse could not close its apparatus bays while the roof was being replaced. The existing modified-bitumen roof was more than 20 years old, with cracked flashing, worn cap sheet, and a soft area near the main drain. Test openings confirmed that the insulation around that drain was wet, making another coating or recovery system a poor long-term choice. Removal started at the rear of the building, away from the active bay doors. Each section was stripped, inspected, insulated, and made watertight before the crew moved forward. The steel deck was generally solid, although one corroded area near the drain required replacement. New tapered insulation improved drainage, followed by a cover board and two-ply SBS modified-bitumen system. Deliveries were scheduled so trucks never blocked emergency vehicles. If the station received a call while material was being moved, the path in front of the bays was cleared immediately."

"Mario and his staff were professional and courteous. He explained what needed to be done, along with showing us pictures he took of the flaws then quoted a reasonable price. They came on time, showed us the materials they were using and then diligently repaired the roof. They did a great job and we're very satisfied."

"I cannot thank Paul specifically for putting up with me! From the beginning I had a vision along with a number of pics from Pinterest of what I wanted my house to look like. For starters my home was covered in old stucco and a lot of rotted wood underneath which was a messy job to remove. His team actually not only replaced all the damage but even removed my front living room window, reframed and replaced, as well as sheet rocked, spackled and painted the inside seamlessly. Paul stated the entire process would take 2-3 weeks. Well not only did this transformation complete in just under two weeks but either Paul himself or someone from his team stopped by daily to check on the job. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and his crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can sincerely recommend Brothers Aluminum to anyone looking to have any construction done to their home!"

"First Industrial repaired our residential flat roof and I highly recommend them. Dino was extremely responsive which I always appreciate in a contractor. Even if it was a text message response to say I received your question and I ll get back to you shortly that you me was amazing customer service. We just had the work done recently so at this point I can say that they delivered exactly what they said they would, on time (actually in slightly less time than I thought it would take) and the work was all done with a 5 year guarantee. I highly recommend this company."

"I had John Whigham take care of waterproofing my basement. Everything about this project was just fine, from meeting with Bob to review the work and get an estimate through the completion of the job and the final work inspection. The John Whigham work crew were just great hard workers who took care of the job perfectly. They left the work site as clean as it was before they started. I would recommend John Whigham to anyone!"

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"We have a two story home in Patchogue that had a leak that resulted in water in the walls of our attached garage. We could not locate the cause of the leak. We contacted Exterior Team Home Services who quickly located the source of the leak which required us to replace the front roofing of our house. It was done very quickly at a fair price. We were also impressed on how they made sure the old roofing material did not get into our front lawn or plants. They were meticulous in the way they treated our property. A job well done."
