"Had a communication problem with Scott Turf. Signed up and paid for the service. Put in a note that requested advance notification of service so I could water to loosen the soil to improve the aeration on 9/28. Emailed Scott Turf on 10/2 since I received no reply from them. He wrote back that the angies list system was messing up and that he would email me that evening as to when he would do the service. On 10/4 I sent an email as I had not received the promised communication. I received an email in return that it would be done the following day which it was. Did not have a chance to water the yard enough to soften up the clay so many of the plugs removed were very small due to the ground being so hard."
