"I had them come out to give me an estimate and they explained how they would do the job. They were out for the estimate next day and was scheduled to come out the following day to remove the tree. They were very courteous and informative. The agreed upon price seemed very competitive but since my insurance deductible is so I decided to try tackling the job myself after talking with them, and was successful. I called them back to cancel and they were just as courteous as when they first talked to me. If I have any future tree problems I will be calling them back first because of the way they treated me."
