"I was referred to Chelsea Home Remodeling by the owner of Marcor Roofing who previously did an excellent job on my roofing project. I was looking for a reliable contracting company to do a major interior renovation project including a full gut out demolition and rebuild of an existing extension that I knew required extensive corrections and repair. Chelsea is a family owned and operated business and they were exceptional right from the start. Dominick Mupo and his son Louis came to perform the initial inspection and to discuss my project. Dominick provided a very detailed estimate in writing, which he reviewed with me line by line in person with full transparency. They may not be the least expensive but I got what I paid for; they did a superior job from big to fine details from start to finish. Working with Dominick, Louis, Michael, Manny and Carlos was an absolute pleasure. They kept to the timeline, showed up as planned and on time, were pleasant and cooperative, cleaned up at the end of each and every day, respectfully cared for my home and property and were ever patient with my many questions and concerns every step of the way. They were consistently open to discussion regarding the problems found from the original construction, and with my participation in the process. They made the whole project as stress free as possible and consistently went above and beyond. I never doubted that my home and project was as important to them as their own homes would be. Their expertise with problem solving, knowledge of code and the correct way to do things, with acute attention to detail, was exceptional. Their referrals for floor refinishing and painting were also excellent. I am beyond pleased with the final results and could not have asked for a better contracting company. I will be using them for all my planned home remodeling projects and highly recommend them without reservation."

"Terrible work, terrible service, sad experience. Co totally botched flooring installation during kitchen reno through carelessness and obvious mistakes. Lone worker (Charlie Sr) slopped poly coating on cork flooring w/o vacuuming and then left the house before it dried. The seams puckered and debris and hair dried into the finish. The next day, other unsupervised workers tried to sand the tiles as a "fix." This ruined the cork. The end result was so obviously substandard that Premier paid for the tiles needed to fix (the original flooring material cost over $3,000). Now stopped on everything for 3 weeks while waiting for new tiles. Attitude remains unprofessional. Excuse after excuse about why Charles is unavailable to work after tiles are delivered. A constant problem throughout the project - family obligations, "Easter Monday," "I'm in Miami, "I'm in Phoenix" - never the truth of working for others. Save yourself. I'm out weeks and thousands."

"Carlos was extremely attentive to what I needed for my closets and provided great recommendations as we were brainstorming different solutions for how to customize for my new condo. He was prompt in all of our correspondences and transparent about the entire process. I have a couple of oddly designed closet doors that we had to work around; but when the drawers I was hoping for weren't available, Carlos said that he would custom build to what I wanted! We hit a speedbump with me catching covid, but Carlos was very supportive and still came through to complete 2 out of the 3 closets I contracted him for while I stayed at the far opposite end of the condo. I was so grateful for the enthusiasm, professionalism, and straight up care Carlos and his partner put into this project. And I am LOVING the work that's been done so far! Can't wait to get better so that we could start back up on the master bedroom closet!"
