"we hired Cransten to do a remodel of our kitchen, master bath and floors in kitchen, dining room, living room, stairs and upstairs den. The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. Different isn't bad their process worked very well. before the work the contractor Robert [Provider Name Removed] made an appointment to complete a walk through. Robert showed up early which was a pleasant surprise as most companies get there when they want. We eventually signed after a price was given. The billing process was simple. And several people from the company checked in with me each week to ensure we were happy and things were going good. A date was set to begin the demo and the project. Robert [Provider Name Removed] actually asked us what time he could start and was incredibly thoughtful of us the entire length of the process. His plan was always with us in mind in ord"

I had 5 bids and JP was competitive, but the primary selling point for me was professionalism , communication, and she was not pushy. She educated me on the process and set realistic expectations. Where others contractors were using lower quality materials and cutting corners to reduce estimates. she explained in great detail why the additional repairs were needed and the warranty benefits of the higher quality paint. The project went smoothly. Cost for the project was accurate. The quality of Gios work is simply beautiful. On the final walk through, Candace was sensitive to the smallest details that I did not even notice. The finished project exceeded my expectations. "Dale and his team are personable and professional. We had a large project that took 6 weeks; they were well organized & communicated timelines and accomplishments with texts and photos. Our basement was transformed from a dungeon to a bright, usable space. Two bathrooms - one basement, one guest - changed from functional to fantastic. Upstairs popcorn ceilings - gone; weird middle of the room closet in the living room - gone, opening the sightlines of the room and making it seem larger. We are also appreciative of the small touches that we might not have thought of: they fixed three way switches so that they work correctly, made sure exhaust fans were vented correctly, routed a gas line more efficiently to a fireplace for future use. We would highly recommend Dale and Denver Dream Builders and will use this group for future projects."
