"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Paul also cleaned up the interior and exterior areas where he worked and everything was immaculate after he left. Can't of better than Washington Door Service,"

Lloyd responded early 10/23 to make sure property was secure. 10/24 Sean arrived at 8:30AM and stayed the entire day installing a new storm door, new exterior door, and new locks and reinforcements on all doors. We live in a 70 year old house, nothing is level or easy but you wouldn't know that by the workmanship and quality of the finished job. Sean completed the entire job in one day, cleaned up leaving no trace of being here, and left us feeling incredibly safe and secure with our new doors. "Auland was great. He replaced a light, fan and mirror in our bathroom. A couple weeks later we had an emergency outside wall that needed a temporary patch job-(a woodpecker had broken through in several spots) Auland covered the holes for us. We will call Auland for any future jobs or repairs that come up."

"I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Zura Goodpaster. What I thought was a small repair to the soffits under my roof, was actually tell-tale signs of a leak surrounding my skylights. Rather than doing a superficial patch job, Zura took detailed pictures of my problem and sent them back to Mr. Handyman headquarters for further analysis. As suspected, I had roof problems that Mr. Handyman was not licensed and bonded to repair. They took the time to explain why and made recommendations as to what needed to be done. There was no charge to me! I would feel very comfortable hiring Mr. Handyman for any other work if and when the need arises."

"Installer had an issue with the hand rails they were installing for me. He had to repurchase and reinstall the railing. Which did turn out fine. Just a little frustrating"
