"Above & beyond performance on new electric panel. A problem occurred the next day which caused 3 blackouts within 30 minutes; I called my Client Rep & the office, who promised an electrician that same morning. Well, the electrician - my Client Rep - was at my home within the hour after a 40-minute drive! Yes, he did fix the problem and it has been fine since. Also, the electrician team installed new lights in previously dark rooms (2-story garage, master bedroom, breakfast nook, AND heirloom chandeliers in a two-story ceiling! They even checked the wiring on the chandeliers! They fixed a non-working heat register and replaced a switch on the disposal. He had a few of his guys come out and remove the Gazebo from my truck and place it in my garage until it was able to be installed. They were also able to do a last minute installation of the gazebo so we could use it when our family arrived from out of town.
