"BID- Process was great.  Very thorough; included a Sales Rep (Ron) who is also a certified Arborist.  He arrived on-time, spent quality time walking through the yard answering questions and giving advice (we drilled him) on not just cut, but function.  Ron knows his trees.  The estimate included him tagging the trees, pictures, a detailed description of the work, and a typed estimate.  We got two other bids; and they were all in the same ball-park for costs.   I read some of the older reviews which included some negativity, and decided to go with these folks anyways based on the preparation, success a neighbor had just had with them, and their clear desire to make me happy (e.g. they don't change you until you confirm you are 100% satisfied with the work).

EXECUTION-  The team showed up on time on the date committed.  They were nice, fast, clean, and good.  Although I would have preferred trunk removal/ stump grinding be done the same day in my case, they were done in a second stage a week later, and also done quick and cleanly

"Cole and his crew at Canopy Solutions, Justin and David, did a great job! Planting trees in my yard twenty years ago for esthetics and as a privacy screen from neighbors, they have since grown significantly and have overcrowded my yard. Cole, a licensed arborist, gave me his professional opinion for removal and trimming so that the trees maintained their intended purpose yet left my yard open to more sunlight, which I wanted. Cole's proposal for the job was reasonably priced and was more professional prepared compared to the other bids I received. Cole has a great crew, Justin and David. They are friendly, knowledgable, well-trained professional guys. The tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding was performed as proposed and all the debris was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend Canopy Solutions for any tree service and will use them again if the need arises."
