The work was excellent, the price was competitive, all time-line promises were honored, and the work area was left spotless every step of the way. Those aspects alone merited a 5-star review. "They sent a confirmation email with a picture of the service provider that would be coming to do the repairs, which as a sole woman at home, was very nice to see. They were prompt and courteous and performed all services asked of them and even inspected my other issues, not trying to oversell, but just to make sure that I was safe. I did end up buying 10 year battery smoke detectors, which are insured by the company and follow the product and not the house. I would highly recommend William Wouters, he was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Did not make me feel like an idiot for not wanting to handle electricity on my own."

"Mike Pace and Neco (hope I got the name correct) were awesome!! They BOTH are a great asset to the company. They performed the job perfectly, and knew exactly what to do. They replaced my main power box in my house and installed a couple switches that I needed in the kitchen. Because of the quality repairs that they did, I had them install a second surge protector on the outside box to protect the system. I think they did a superb job and I am very satisfied with the results and because of these guys, I will call Mr. Sparky again if the need arises. Both Mike and Neco are dedicated to their profession, and you can feel there concern the customer. Thank you Mr Sparky for sending them to do this job and I now feel very safe in my home."

They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "My upstairs unit was working, but not able to keep up with the warmer temperatures in late afternoon, despite being only 2 years old (new construction). I called and spoke with Kathleen, who was courteous and polite and scheduled a tech that morning. Our technician was Ronnie. He was efficient, methodical, pleasant, and patient. He systematically worked through his process and diagnosed a faulty expansion valve. It had to be ordered, and while the part was covered by warranty, the labor wasn't, and neither was the new refrigerant that had to be put in. He wrote everything up to give to us in case we wanted to get the home builder to remedy the problem. We decided we didn't want to wait, so gave him the go ahead. He got the part ordered and schedule the repair for us 2 days later. Daniel was our installer for the new parts. He was also very professional, efficient, and courteous. He got done in less time than our first tech estimated, and the A/C is running again like new. Also, I should point out that this review was written during the stay-at-home for COVID-19, and both techs wore masks, gloves, and footwear without being asked, which is great. As someone with a new house, naturally, it's a bummer having to pay nearly $700 for a new Carrier unit that is under warranty (which is not the fault of the service company. Despite that, I found this to be a very positive experience with Cornerstone, and will use them in the future without hesitation, and would recommend them for sure.
