He came out personally to look at the lawn, along with the technician. They diagnosed the problem, and recommended several steps we could take (either on our own or by them) to improve the lawn. We decided to have them aerate the lawn for the fall, and then start a fertilizer program next spring (about $365 annually) to improve the roots system of the grass. They also did the work of an artist on a large Sunburst Honey Locust in my front yard. It now looks stunning! Their prices were very competitive for the extensive work that had to be done to these trees. It was a pleasure doing business with the management team. I had very high expectations set by a friend who has used them for many years. They went above and beyond!"
