Paint Master Painting specializes in Interior and Exterior Residential and Commercial painting, as well as pressure washing and deck/porch staining. We have multiple crews made up of very experienced painters. Free estimates are provided, and a 25% deposit is due upon signing a contract, with the remaining 75% due at time of project completion.

However, removal adds time to the project and presents challenges with second-story shutters. If safety concerns or hardware issues make removal difficult, on-site painting with proper masking and drop cloths is a viable alternative.
Painting shutters is significantly more economical than replacement when the underlying structure remains sound. With replacement costs ranging from $45 to $420 per shutter plus installation, repainting at $4 to $33 per shutter represents substantial savings. However, if shutters show significant structural damage, warping, or deterioration, replacement might prove more cost-effective long-term. The decision should balance current condition, desired appearance, and budget considerations.
