"Very expensive, but decent work. Had to push for a formal quote. Did not draft the plan as discussed. Did not communicate the plan as discussed with the workers. Increased cost by $50 on the day the work was being done for "buying a better timer". Requested check made payable to the Person, Michael , rather than teh company, DMC. This was a strange request. Did return a week later to make over-spray adjustment as requested. Overall, good work."

"Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
