"Viorel was very professional through out the quoting process. He made sure to work around our schedule and was always on time. During the work day my wife, newborn son, and I left for the day to avoid the excess commotion. Upon finding rotten boards he immediately called to let me know the situation and that he was going to do it right, but it may come out more than expected. I really appreciated his promptness in communicating with me and making sure the job was done correctly as replacing a roof is not something to cut corners on. As soon as they were done he called to let me know they were finished. Upon arrival I was very surprised on how well his team cleaned up and left my property exactly the way it was. If I need a roof again in the future (hopefully not for quite some time) I will definitely be contacting Viorel and his crew."

The work requires several steps that have to be done properly before moving on to the next stage; considering this the job was timely yet not rushed. While I am a recent client of Angie's list and cruising for a roofer repair person came across this same company, which I called immediately.  Mr. Sam, owner, came immediately, walked over the entire roof and assessed the problem, fixed the problem, same day, and sent his team the following week to repair any further damage.  His team was very neat, polite, and respectful despite all my questions and repaired all further inside damage.  Mr. Sam was very nice and guaranteed his work despite more storm damage might have been the culprit and did not charge for the repair. <br /> On a further note, I noticed on Angie's list that this Company offers many services, which I took advantage of such as having three sets of bathroom faucets replaced.  This extra job was discussed prior to the team arriving the next week for following up with the roof repair and all I had to do was buy the faucets and they installed.   <br /> Look on Angie's list, the Company's list is extensive for the ability to repair, build or most any other construction need.  I highly recommend this Company and you should give them a call at 865-566-3131. Personally, I will keep them closer on the radar now because having to go through the stress of having to find help again for repairs of your home is not fun.  Plus, this Company will call you prior to coming and will follow up with you after the job to see if you are satisfied. <br />"

"Blake is a honest nice guy with a hardworking crew. Once they came to my property it took them 2 days and installation went very smoothly. Did not leave a mess, and all was done professionally, and we love our patio. We had issues with getting a confirmed work date. We signed a contract in June and the job was done in October. It was clearly communicated to us by Blake that they do big jobs, and when he has openings he puts in smaller residential jobs in so that his crew has an income year round. Summer is one of their busiest times during the year with big projects, so we were aware that there can be delays, and he is priced at a low rate for residential work because that is not where he aims to make the most profit. However, due to the excessive rain and growing pains for Blake's business it seemed like our job was significantly delayed than expected. Obviously I waited so for us it turned out ok, but I can see how this would be a frustrating experience for others. I did end up with a now it really has to be done moment so I asked Blake to get the job scheduled or give me my deposit back, and after that the job was done without a hitch within a week. <br /> I am happy to have worked with them, and as long as I am ok that there may be a long wait I am happy to work with them again. I do believe that this delay was out of the ordinary for Blake as well, and it will not happen in the future. <br />"
