"Jason and his team did a fantastic job removing one tree, removing several (overgrown) bushes that were the size of small trees, cutting limbs off some trees to shape them, and weeding and cleaning up the side of a hill that had become wildly overgrown. They also removed leaves. We bought our house about 18 months ago. The previous owner had not done much (if any) basic lawn care for the past few years so when we bought the house the yard was very overgrown. Once we were settled into the house, we called Jason and he came out a couple days later to look at the job. He had great ideas (letting us know which trees should stay, which trees needed to be taken out because they were crowding other trees and ground cover). He quoted a very reasonable price and said he would be out in about two weeks. About a week later he called us with a start date. He came promptly that day, and started working hard. When we first met he thought it would be two days of work but the three-person team started early and wrapped up after 5 p.m.; they were able to finish it all in one day, which was really impressive. Because he finished in one day, he lowered the price from our original quote. The work was fantastic. We have contracted him to cut our lawn going forward. I have every confidence we can trust him with our lawn."

"Excellent in every way. This was a difficult job - removing an existing retaining wall and rebuilding it with stone blocks in a long, narrow area behind our house. Included the installation of wall lights and steps from lower to upper yard. Lawn Butler provided the required skill at a reasonable cost with great customer service. They also do a great job maintaining out lawn!"

"They did a great job. My oak tree is close to 200 yrs old and this is the 2nd time I have had them come in and trim the tree. They cut limbs off that were getting close to my house and some low hanging limbs that needed to be trimmed up so the lawn people could cut my lawn easier. My ash tree was deseased, while getting the estimate they cut a branch off and showed my where the bugs were. After discussing the costs I chose to have the tree cut down. They were on time and cleaned up all the debris before they left. I am very happy with there work and will use them again if the need arises."

"Contacted Bright Side about service on my St. Augustine grass lawn; weed & feed, and aerate. Just wanted someone to check out the lawn which had become more weedy than normal. Called me within 24 hours and we discussed St. Augustine grass and how rare it is in Knoxville. Told him my situation and he understood as he was from Texas and had a lot of experience with St. Augustine grass. Came the following day, measured the lawn, checked for insect infestations and grubs, knelt and analyzed the condition of the grass, and discussed his findings. He was very knowledgeable about the grass and his information compared favorably with what I had researched on the internet. He gave me a quote which I accepted. Someone came the following week and aerated and fertilized the lawn. Very pleased with the results! <br />"

"They do excellent work. They have good prices on lawn mowing but are expensive on landscape maintenance projects."

"Mr. Dias and his crew arrived on schedule and worked well to get the job done. Due to prep work and drying time between coats, it took a total of three visits to get everything finsihed. Mr. Dias assessed my requested areas to be painted, offered his expertise and suggestions, and then explained his plan for completing the job all in a professional and respectful manner. He helped me achieve just what I wanted in a timely fashion and without any headaches or messes to clean up. He will definitely be on my list of contacts for future painting needs."

"They come out every six weeks. I don't know when they are coming. They will call and let us know. I tell them to come after Wednesdays, that's when we get our lawn work done. They have been doing a good job. They do the work. They are very responsive."

"Prior to contacting Wildwood Land Design I had removed a huge magnolia tree and a maple tree from my back lawn. These trees had huge root systems during their 20 year life that took over my back lawn (whereby I could not have grass). I needed a landscape architect to help me with a plan for my lawn. I inquired of the person who maintains my lawn the name of a landscape architect. He referred me to Grant Smith of Wildwood Land Design. Meeting Grant and doing business with him (and his company, Wildwood Land Design) was a very pleasant experience for me."

"To this day after three phone calls, two emails I have yet to actually see a representative from this firm. Finally talked to a person from the company who apologized for the delay in a) returning phone calls and emails and b) failure to show up to provide an estimate. I clearly stated I wanted to meet with someone when they came out to do the estimate to talk about the product. A week later as I was walking to the front steps I found a business plastic bag tucked under one of the decorative stones. Inside was a document which indicated someone had come out and provided an estimate. Since we had just moved into the house, I needed/wanted the yard fertilized to keep control of yellow nut sedge and crab grass (articulated during the many phone calls). Several weeks later I noticed fertilizer on the driveway and near the street a sign which indicated this company had fertilized, again without making contact with me prior. Long story short, the fertilizer/weed killer did nothing for the nut sedge or crab grass. I have taken care of that problem by going to Home Depot and buying the products to rectify the weed issue and I have corrected the communication issue by discontinuing service with this company. <br />"
