"Unfortunately the day they were to come to do the job - they came and the bucket didn't work on the truck due to a valve or freezing temps. but there response was prompt I called on day at 3pm they sent someone by 4pm and booked the job the next morn due to the dangerous situation . As stated above they arrived by 7am and truck didn't work they came back the next day and did the job Thank God!! The job took all day - the 2 men never even broke for lunch !!
