"The salesman showed up thirty minutes late to an estimate appointment. Rather than showing and explaining to me the windows he sells, he was too busy talking about himself and his company. I have plantation shutters over my windows, I was told I needed to hire another company to come out and remove them prior to window install and then when windows were done, that company would need to come back out and reinstall. Another thing I was not comfortable with was this company would be reusing the metal frame of my existing window. If I am paying so much for a new window, why would they re-use a portion of my old window? The company that we did use, took our shutters down and put them back at no charge. They also took the whole window out and did not re-use any portion of our old window!! At the end of the estimate appointment, the salesman did not even give me an estimate. He said he would get it to me by Monday(it was Friday). I only had 5 windows to replace, an estimate could have been given on the spot. We did not use this company for window replacement!"

"I am very impressed with Mikel and Al’s Home Improvements, LLC. I would highly recommend them for any sized project. Having trouble finding a contractor willing to take on this replacement was hard. One call with Mikel and I had found my guy. They replaced 5 exterior double doors, 1 exterior single door and 9 interior doors in our home. Mikel was able to save most of the existing interior trim and was reused. The exterior trim was replaced with new. The crew worked productively all day, every day. The exterior and interior was cleaned, tools and materials stored away in our garage each day. Mikel would explain his process and suggest options that ultimately saved us money. "This individual has a work ethic beyond belief. He did an excellent job repairing my patio roof that had been leaking after discovering the cause. He worked through some tremendous heat and humidity to get it repaired. Mr. Rollman kept me informed on everything he was doing and why. On the shop, it was pressure wash and prepped for priming and painting. The handmade doors he replaced are very sturdy and exact fit. The hardware he chose was a great choice. The table he made to cover damage in the utility room was exactly what was needed. And the work he did on the bay was ‘par excellente. Without a doubt I would rehire Mr. Rollman if I ever need any more repairs."

"Rob did an absolutely fabulous job. He finished the complete job in one day. The job required removing some drywall and reinstalling new drywall. The next step was to install a sub wall so that the plumbing could be moved to accommodate the new vanity. The plumbing was moved, and the vanity was installed. Rob then hooked up the lines for the plumbing and installed the new countertop. All the while keeping the work area clean. Very professional work ethic and a great attitude. He definitely knows what he is doing. We were told by a plumbing company that "it couldn't be done". They were wrong!"

"My technician Aaron showed up on time. The job was removal of three full length mirrors and prep & repaint and install of two new mirrors. He removed the old mirrors quickly and without any breakage. He prepped the surface for painting. We did not hsve paint but he was able to match the existing paint. The job was completed in a few hours and we could not be more pleased . It was another great job by Mr Handyman."
