He determined that caulk on a vent had lost its seal. He wanted a better caulk than he was carrying on his truck for the repair. He returned after lunch with the right caulk and resealed both garage roof vents. Adam texted me at 2:00 that the repair was complete. "As an avid DIY'er, I'm always skeptical when I need to hire someone to do work for me. My experience with Factory Plaza couldn't have been better. When I visited their showroom, I was greeted by a member of their staff who handed me a price list and directed me to the area where I could view the various slabs of granite. There was an area there where you could also take samples from at no cost. I spent about 45 minutes looking around without any sales pressure. When I had some questions one of the men there answered them and was very pleasant. I took several samples home and after deciding on what I wanted I placed a call and spoke with Mario to set up an appointment for measuring. The gentleman who came to measure (Simon) was very professional and explained the process to me while he made a template for the counter top. He stated that it would probably be 10 -14 days until the tops would be fabricated and installed. I was pleasantly surprised later that afternoon when I received an email from Mario saying that the install date would be the following Thursday, which was only one week! The installers showed up as promised and did a great job. They were very professional and took care to cover my new hardwood floors with drop clothes before they brought any of their equipment in. I am very pleased with the job Factory Plaza did on my counter tops. The price was very reasonable and the work done was high quality. There were no surprises or hidden costs. The granite was even sealed! I plan on using them again in the not too distant future and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Factory Plaza!!"

"Les Glover does and did everything. He replaced the bathroom medicine cabinet and sink with cabinet. He installed a new steel front door with all wood trim. Les replaced and repaired the siding on the house and garage. He repaired he soffit around the house. Les also painted the entire house and garage once all wood and siding was replaced or repaired. Les took care of many small details on his own, not needing to be told what to do. If something was not to his liking, he worked on it until it was. Les is very conscientious and is extremely reliable, not to mention that he is a very pleasant person to deal with. Even neighbors commented on his work ethic and abilities. The house looks brand new is now for sale."
