The quality of the work is excellent. They were also very respectful of our time and property and never left a mess, I was very pleased I did not have to micro manage them. "I was first contacted by Carrie almost as soon as I sent an email to Appliance Repair Services. From then on she did a great job of keeping me updated on the repair. The service person was Jason who did an outstanding job in fixing our microwave oven despite an extremely poor design flaw in our Maytag combination oven/microwave. The problem was not apparent and Jason went out of his way to check every possibility starting with the least expensive. It took a few appointments in which Jason was always on time and was good about calling me ahead of time. Equally important, his charge to fix the appliance was very reasonable and found replacement parts that were better than the manufacturer’s and were less expensive. I will definitely use this company again for any appliance problems we have."
