"He was very courteous and patient, as were his workers, and I was very happy with the result. There was no specific box to check off for this kind of work on your questionnaire, but in our case, it involved digging up and removing tenacious ivy from the two expanses of yard/garden in front of our 1920s co-op building on a landmarked block in Jackson Heights. The workers took care not to damage tree roots. They also carted away a lot of soil that other workers left behind after a different job tunneling electricity into our building; we are one of the rare buildings in J.H. to have undertaken that kind of electrical project. Thumbs up."

"Anthony was amazing! Bought a house in December and the entire outside needed a major makeover. Anthony created a beautiful design for the front of the house and meticulously placed and planted each ornamental grass and array of colorful perennials. He gave my backyard and my side yards a much needed upgrade. He blended my ideas with his expertise and eye for design with a great result. Anthony even incorporated my ideas when they were last minute thoughts!! It was comforting doing this project with Anthony as he took care of my property like it was his own. I would recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a talented landscaper."

"The clean up was good and I am a satisfied customer."

"Jose and his team are absolute professionals! They are reliable, courteous and, do an excellent job taking care of the landscaping around my home. Whatever needs to be done from pruning the trees to aerating the topsoil they will do it to keep the yard looking beautiful. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them highly!"

"Very happy with the service. Last July Charles and his sons did a great job designing the landscape in my front yard, cleaning out the weeds, laying down soil, rocks and mulch and planting beautiful trees. My neighbors commented my front yard never looked better in the past. Charles and his sons would come every month maintaining the landscaping (very cost effective) and this year they've returned to fertilize the plants and even plant flowers. As a result of the great work they've done they were asked to do landscaping work for a couple of my neighbors which speaks to the type of work they do. I would definitely recommend them for up-keeping your current front/back yards and redesigning your landscape."

"Very good experience! Thanks Grasshopper"

"I have used him for over 5 years, he is a good person and does great work!"

"Rosemarie and her team did an incredible job transforming our backyard. Previously, we had issues with drainage and our yard was basically a muddy, unusable space. We had previously gotten estimates from other companies and were disappointed with the cookie cutter approach we received. By contrast, Rosemarie came out to visit us, patiently listened to what we were dealing with and what our goals were for the yard, and came up with a vision that exceeded our expectations. Her team executed on that vision at a very high level. They worked efficiently and carefully and were respectful of our property and neighbors. We have been so pleased with the results. The installation just wrapped up a few weeks ago, but we have already used our yard much more frequently. The plants that went in are thriving and the drainage issues that we had previously dealt with have gone away. Throughout the process, Rosemarie and her team provided a high level of transparency, responsiveness and communication. They clearly take pride in their work (and their enthusiasm for native plants is infectious!) and we were consistently impressed by their expertise, resourcefulness and vision. We highly, highly recommend Our Temenos."

"I can’t say enough about Chris from Scenic View Landscaping. From my first meeting with Chris, he really listened to my ideas and came back with a great plan to replace my patio, install planters and seating walls and curbing as well as beautiful landscaping. Their work was excellent and on time. The overall project was beyond my expectations and I couldn’t be happier! Its just beautiful!"
