"I was really suspicious of Global Solutions Appliance Repair at first. My Viking refrigerator had broken down, and I had never heard of this company before. I was worried that they might take advantage of me and charge me an arm and a leg for the repair. But when the technician arrived, they put me at ease right away. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. They gave me a clear estimate of the cost and explained exactly what needed to be done to fix my fridge. I was still hesitant, so I asked a lot of questions. The technician was patient and answered each one honestly. They even showed me the broken parts of my refrigerator and explained how they were going to fix them. In the end, I was really impressed with the quality of the repair work. My Viking refrigerator was running like new again, and the price was fair and reasonable. I was relieved that I didn't have to replace the whole fridge, and I felt like I could finally trust this company.
