Gene’s strength is to work collaboratively with his client to ensure the project meets the customer’s expectation. This project changed a couple of times based on what we found during demolition. That left a gap and roaches were roaming out from that gap into my apartment for 11 days until I hired a handyman to caulk it. It costed me extra money and emotional distress"
