The tile in the shower had come loose causing water to gather and cause damage to the wall behind. The Ceramic Man did the necessary repairs and restored the shower to its original state. When the work was completed, the shower, which is quite old, looked brand new. My Pro was honest, knowledgeable, hardworking and provided feedback on the progress of the project each step of the way. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. "After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."
