Rich was incredibly organized, responsive, patient, and polite throughout the whole process. I felt very comfortable with him explaining what I wanted done. The actual removal of the old fence and the installation of the new one went incredibly smoothly. The crew was so quiet I barely knew they were there. They knew exactly what they were doing at all times and were efficient and meticulous. The final result--a combination of a decorative aluminum fence in the front and PVC fence in the backyard--is gorgeous. I was especially thrilled with the PVC because they used the highest quality PVC, so it looks very elegant and solid. I will probably call them again to have some matching gates installed. There was a woman at the office that I was going to go look at fencing. Unfortunately, I broke my leg and I have a cast on; I haven't been able to get there. I've taken a look at other things but nothing that I would compare to them. On pricing, I think they're fair. I think their product is good, the quality of the workmanship seems to be excellent, and I haven't had it installed yet. That's just a guesstimate. All Island was on schedule with their procedure for the installation of the fence and scheduled a delivery and installation.
