Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "We can't thank Matt Clark enough for the attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. He never cut corners and always worked as if he were remodeling his own home. The finish work is so fantastic I can't stop looking at it. Communication is excellent and very responsive via email or phone. The crew is extremely good natured, cheerful and respectful of the home they're working on (which is not my previous experience with construction crews). The work was completed as promised, even though they had to work late to accomplish it. My flooring was a little tougher to install than most, which meant longer hours. But they never complained. Matt is willing to answer questions and share information without reservation. Set up and clean up were easy. "I got three estimates. They were the middle estimate but they did not try to upsell me as the others did even though they did explain all of my options and answer my questions. They arrived on time, performed the work per their estimate. They warned me about the dust even though they clearly tried to contain it as much as possible. Cleaned up after themselves. The drain system is working. The workers answered all of my questions. I would hire them again if needed. They put the drain in one side of my basement and under a porch."

"Bradfield Home Improvement did a fantastic job. Called 2 other companies to come out and quote the project Bradfield preferred windows (Richard Building Supply) were the best out of the bunch and his pricing was very competitive with the other 2 more inferior windows. There was actually a 2 year gap between the initial quote and the project due to a family death, but when I reached out to Bradfield, within a day the original quote was sent and the process started up again. The entire process from new quote to install took less than 2 months and the main cause of the delay was the wonderful Michigan weather May and June brought. I would absolutely recommend this company for windows, and when other projects arise with the house, they will be the first and most likely only company I call."
