"I am pleased that we had selected a painting contractor who fulfilled all of the requirements of the contract and then some. Our aging 4-unit wooden condominium complex had been neglected for 10 years and needed extensive preparation and repair in some areas and as well as a complete pressure wash, wood staining, trim priming and painting on all exterior areas. Matt and his crew exhibited the highest caliber of attention to detail and quality of work. They even went beyond the scope of the proposal and painted in areas that should have been included in the contract-with no extra charge. "When the big flood hit our house, San Diego Water Damage was there to help. Rafael and his team were amazing. First the pack out team showed up. I'm prior military, and I have done a lot of moves, but this was the best pack out team I have ever worked with. His demolition and clean up team was efficient and thorough. And whenever we needed anything (washer/dryer hooked back up, help moving a kitchen table upstairs, or moving a fouled fridge to the dumpster), they were always happy to help and never treated us like it wasn't their job or they were doing us a favor. Whatever we needed, they just assumed it was their job to help. Finally, there were never any hidden costs or added charges. Rafael billed us exactly what he estimated, regardless of unexpected challenges we encountered during the job.
