"<p>Mr. Stiles did an excellent job.  He was very thorough.  As he cleaned the dryer vents he took pictures before and after the cleaning.  Once he was done with the work (this took nearly 2.5 hours), he had a video presentation that he showed me on his laptop of what he saw, the readings from the dryer vent before and after the cleaning.  Both Mr. Stiles and his assistant wore booties during the time they were in the house (as they had to be in and out of the house).  </p> <p>He did the same regarding the work on the chimney - pictures and a thorough explanation of the work he had done.</p> <p>I have NEVER had a service visit like this one.  I was extremely impressed and have recommended him to family members.  I have already scheduled a follow up visit for next year.</p> <br />"
