We have re- roofed a previous home and built a new home in Anchorage, so we are not new to hiring contractors and how to get the best outcome. We used Angie's List as part of our due diligence to find additional contractor names and feedback. This is where we discovered Signature Roofing. Signature was a lower bid compared to 3-4 others. The commercial insurance was in place and legal research showed a clean record in the courts. The Better Business Bureau research also showed no concerns. Chris and crew knew the trade very well. They showed up as scheduled during a very high demand time of year (in the Fall when people start to panic end-of-season). The quality of work was top-notch. We wish we had considered Signature for previous and much larger projects, believing the outcome would be great. <br />"
