"Did a great job and great communication."

"LP Services were professional and friendly and showed up exactly on time when they made an appointment to meet with me. They painted the exterior of my house and did a great job. They were careful with my plants and trees and cleaned up with barely any sign that they had been there. They made some repair recommendations and installed flashing for me to protect the siding in the future. Marvin and one other helper did most of the work and I couldn't recommend them more."

"The quality of work was excellent."

"Within days of initially contacting Rico Construction, we had a bid and work commenced. Our project involved the removal of carpeting and tile floors in our house while we were still living there. So it took careful coordination to be sure we still had places to be while the work ensued. We found Mr. Daybor Rico and all his crew to be very professional, courteous, and attentive to details, and we are very pleased with the final product. In the couple instances when we encountered problems (portion of subfloor needed to be replaced, for example), Daybor quickly provided a fair estimate for the repair, and we moved on. He is one of the most trustworthy and honest contractors I have met."

"Quick response, knowledgeable, timely repairs, excellent customer service."
