"Eric and his brother came by our property to give us an estimate on a paver driveway and we told them that we had six other people coming over for estimates and they said that’s great. Just let us know which way you’d like to go and that was it for the time so then we listened to the other estimates that other companies gave us and I called Eric back and told him to come by so we can discuss it further and I let him know that some other places were cheaper and some other places were more expensive but I just felt more comfortable with Eric and his brother and their knowledge of the projects. We set up a time to do the work which at this time I had added two more sections of the property to have work done and they showed up on the day that they said they would and the people that installed the pavers knew what they were doing and worked or tails off and they did a fantastic job and everything was leveled out perfect and the Yard looks great. I would recommend Rock and Block highly."

"Let’s just say he was drinking doing the project and he called people to my home without my permission. I paid him a great amount and he even try to get more from me after we had discussed the pricing already multiple times.They even hit the pvc pipe in restroom that goes to furnace and cause a leak. He did a horrible job at floor leveling even after coming back the job was still not done correctly advise and he came and seen what need to be done the day before.He laugh we I told him that he made errors and did a horrible job as if it was a joke"

"On the day of the job, the Owner dropped off the workers who completed the job in one day. The workers were not supervised & placed new NON-matching pebbles in other areas on border of patio and the driveway. The pebbles were still protruding. The glaze was supposed to be smooth, however walking on the patio was not possible barefoot. I pointed this out to the owner & demanded another coat of glaze which he agreed with. Owner and I have been in contact, He assured me that that he would correct the black spots on the patio border as well as the large one on the driveway. He has informed me that he cannot find the correct color pebble to repair their mistake. This has been going on for 2 weeks. He keeps me waiting while he brings others with him to continuously analyze the situation. I am concerned that he will disappear without meeting his obligation."
