"Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available.  Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early.
Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.

"The person came on time and did the inspection.  He sealed around the roof vents Said he found something wrong with the flat root.  I indicated that the roof had been modified so that the water would drain.  He said they would submit a proposal and estimate for repair.  That was the last I heard from the company.  I have not approached them again.

"During the overnight hours, copper thieves defeated the security grate and used the roof-access ladder at our commercial property to gain access to the HVAC units. They completely destroyed one unit, and stole all the copper condensate lines. It was imperative to remove the ladder ASAP. Rudy has performed several jobs for me over the years, so he was the first person I called. Within 24 hours, Rudy and his crew removed the ladder and repaired and painted the stucco. He hauled away the disassembled ladder and completely cleaned the work area. There is no trace whatsoever that the roof-access ladder was ever mounted on the side of the building. Rudy is one of the most ethical, trustworthy and hardworking contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I make the highest recommendation without reservation.
