"I purchased an Angie's Deal for a roof inspection.  After a couple of weeks I had to call regarding status and was told he was swamped with calls from the deal so I gave him a break.  After a couple of more weeks I had to call again.  Finally a couple of guys came out late in the afternoon to inspect the roof.  They move a tile back into place and caulked a couple of cracked tiles.

"Called to schedule 5 days ahead. Called again on day of service to indicate I was available.  Said he'd be there in 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early.
Moved appliance to access duct work.  Thoroughly cleaned ductwork from dryer to venting system.  Then, cleared out venting system that was reachable from the laundry room.  Reattached and sealed dryer duckwork. Finally, cleaned floor behind appliance and returned to original position.
Got up on roof, cleaned venting system from the opposite side, removed two handfuls of lint.
Done in about 30 minutes.

"The person came on time and did the inspection.  He sealed around the roof vents Said he found something wrong with the flat root.  I indicated that the roof had been modified so that the water would drain.  He said they would submit a proposal and estimate for repair.  That was the last I heard from the company.  I have not approached them again.

They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them."

First place I called and I didn’t even call anyone else as he came over immediately. The estimate was very honest and fair. I accepted the quote immediately and then put off scheduling for a few weeks due to the COVID-19, thinking that maybe they would not be working. Dallas contacted me and I set up the appointment that week with the very knowledgeable and helpful Office Manager, Jessica. She kept me updated until the materials were scheduled for delivery and I had my appointment set up. They were ahead of schedule so the work began the day after dropping off the materials. Very pleasant workers showed up, Anthony and Giovanni. The night after the completion of the project, it rained pretty hard and, not to my surprise, there were no leaks any more. I would not hesitate to go to this company again when I have roofing needs. "During the overnight hours, copper thieves defeated the security grate and used the roof-access ladder at our commercial property to gain access to the HVAC units. They completely destroyed one unit, and stole all the copper condensate lines. It was imperative to remove the ladder ASAP. Rudy has performed several jobs for me over the years, so he was the first person I called. Within 24 hours, Rudy and his crew removed the ladder and repaired and painted the stucco. He hauled away the disassembled ladder and completely cleaned the work area. There is no trace whatsoever that the roof-access ladder was ever mounted on the side of the building. Rudy is one of the most ethical, trustworthy and hardworking contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I make the highest recommendation without reservation.
