I had another proposal from another roofer that was twice the estimate and did not include working with my insurance. "I purchased the service special. He missed the day we had scheduled because he forgot to put it in his book. He came out the next day and he was delayed, though he informed me that he would be late because he had back pain and went to the doctor. I was surprised that he left without telling me he was done.
It's hard to rate the quality of the work he did, but I felt I paid $75 for nothing. 
I understand he was having back pain and having issues, but it was an overall odd experience. He missed an appointment, was late for the next one and then left without going over what he did to me. When I contacted him later, he told me he was kind of embarrassed and said he'd give me a free service when I'm next due, in 2-3 years.
I'll pass on using this business again. I did get the sense he is honest but i ultimately don't think I got any value for my money and it was laughable that he said he'd give me a free service in 2-3 years. I can't wait to call and ask for that. I got no receipt or anything.

"Rudolph, with Silver Desert Handyman, came to give an estimate for the cost of the installation of our fence, within 15 minutes of his promised time to give the estimate.  We agreed on the price and installation and a date, within that week, for the installation.  He was prompt in arriving for the job, actually arrived 15 minutes prior to his promised time.  Rudolph and his two assistants worked very quickly and professionally in getting the foundation set for the fence.  The job was completed by that afternoon.  The only time they stopped was for a quick bite for lunch and then quickly returned their attention to the job.  When the job was finished the clean up was immaculate!  We didn't have to clean up anything - They did it all!  We are VERY pleased with the work done and we have contracted Rudolph to construct an addition to the fence.  We will continue to use Silver Desert Handyman for any future services  - and we highly recommend them.  Thanks Rudolph for your prompt service.  Terri - Henderson NV

"The patio roof had rotted in several places due to water buildup. The prior owner apparently put up the roof himself and it was not level. They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them."

"When JJ arrived he looked under the sink and at my new part then proceeded to fix the disposal he was done in 30 min and the fix works just fine no problems.
Approx two months ago I had JJ install security lights on my house that turn off and on with a sensor, their seemed to be a problem with the sensor on one of the lights.  He came back several times till I was satisfied at no extra charge.  He always makes sure the work he does is what the customer wants and that it works like the customer expects, even when the customer makes changes to what he agreed upon.  Would use him again without a doubt>
