"They were not able to repair skylight felt probably needed replacement"

"Dan of Quality Builders Group was awesome! He came out the same day I made my request and had my problem repired/fixed super fast. When it rained hard we would have a water leak around the vent fan in our bathroom and that is not a fun concern to have. I didn't know if the roof was going to have to be replaced or what!?! Dan came out hopped on my "steeply" angled roof, took a look gave me an estimate(to which I said "YES") and off he went to work on it. Now not only had it rained earlier in the day but sure enough we got another round after he had sealed everything up, including another vent fan area that was starting to exhibit the same problem. I am happy to report not a single drop from that vent fan! We have gotten so accustomed to putting a big bowl in the bathroom to catch that leaking water, it was nice to see it totally bone dry!! I highly recommend Dan. He's professional, friendly and did the job "right"! Dan you're The Man!"

"They did a great job."

"A representative called and after we discussed our project needs, I asked for them to mail us some info about products. To date, I have not received anything in the mail."

"The first time the install crew arrived they brought an entirely different skylight than I ordered. The one they had wasnâ t even the correct dimensions. After some discussion as to how this mistake happened I decided to order a skylight of a different design than originally ordered which in the end was a better product. The second time the crew arrived with the new skylight with the proper dimensions and proceeded to make a proper installation. This entire episode took longer than anticipated however the company was very responsive to the situation. We are pleased with our new skylight and would use this company again if ever needed."

"Went well, responded to a voicemail left on their machine, and came when they said they would.

"Edward from InGenius Solutions is amazing! I hired him to complete a very complex job which involved leveling my home. He worked diligently to get the job done and was very meticulous every step of the way to ensure no corners were cut, and that my home would be safe for me and my children. Upon completion of the job, I asked if he could take on a few other jobs, he gladly accepted, putting me first and getting me on his schedule promptly. He put in new flooring, which turned out beautiful and got it all done in one day! I highly recommend this company for any job, big or small!"
