One call, and Jay was here the same day to inspect my roof and explain exactly what needed to be done. He met with my adjuster and everything began to happen. I had several occasions to speak with other employees at True Quality Roofing, they were always very understand, helpful, kind and polite. The crew from True Quality Roofing were punctual, efficient and worked non-stop. They handled every detail with the insurance company and the install. I can't say enough about TQR and their people!!!"

"Brandon Wilkes and Humbled Roofing & Restoration were superb from day 1. Brandon was so helpful walking us through how to go about contacting our insurance to get our wind damaged roof repaired. He even made sure he was here when the insurance adjuster came. He went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. He made what could've been a stressful process stress free. He was available at anytime with any questions we had. When they worked on our roof, they were very efficient and careful not to damage any of our yard and very diligent when it came to clean up. By the end of the day, we had an amazing new roof! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!"

"This is one of the BEST contractors I've Ever worked with in 20 years. Brent and his team were amazing. I interviewed 8 or 9 different roofing and gutter companies . Christian Roofing was the only one that mathematically and correctly addressed the inadequate ventilation on this hip roof. The installation was inmpressive: A crew that's worked together for many years; the Foreman and Job Capitain are the perfect complementary balance of new school / old school as one has a GA Tech degree and the other has 35 years hands on experience; they brought a port-a-potty with the dumpster; they did not use kick boards - which make additional holes- but were roped in; and they left the job site- my home- clean! The synthetic roof felt, shingles, vents were all high quality GAF materials with a long warranty. As important of an investment as a new roof is, I am just so glad I found these guys. Rarely do I write reviews but 'simply had to after a job this well-done!"

The trash was disposed of and a huge magnet was used to insure no nails were missed. Just an absolute top notch job. I will use Chris and his Top Team for all my future roofing needs. "The work was performed on the promised schedule.  Our neighbors were amazed at how quickly we had a new roof on our house - one day - included removal of the old roof and installation of the new one.  Attention was paid to details of painting the pipes that come out of the top the house the same color as the roof - in other words, these pipes do not look like sore thumbs on our house.  Clean-up at the end of the day received an appropriate amount of attention."

"Exceptionally well. When the roofing contractor we had initially hired had to back out, we found ourselves with a pile of shingles and roofing supplies . We were in a quandary and up against the click. A search on the internet revealed two qualified roofing contractors. Both had solid ratings but only one got a comparable bid submitted on time which was extremely important to our insurance underwriter: Hometrust. Co-owner Jordan Addison followed up with a prompt visit. He actually started his roof analysis while in his truck on his computer. Jordan is very personable and easy to talk to professionally— a trait very important to any homeowner. As a retired home remodeler myself, I was aware that roofing contractors prefer to take care of materials using their own supply chains. Yet Jordan assured us that his company would have no problem integrating what we had with what was needed. He stated that his crew would be on the job at sun up . They actually showed up before sunrise. His crew works with disciplined precision. They treated areas needing repair and applied industry standards to the architectural shingles we chose. On a steamy humid June day, these guys put in close to 12 hours working steadily through the conditions. The finished roof was completed with gutters done on sight on the SAME day— something people don’t always get. We chose the color we wanted which complemented the shingles. The entire roof looks fabulous. It will last for years. Hometrust’s crew did a good job cleaning the premises and hauled all waste off promptly. All in all, this was a great experience.
