"The shower glass installation was originally scheduled for ~9:30AM Tuesday but the contractor called early Tuesday morning to reschedule to later that same day due to accommodate schedule delays with a previous job.  The 2 man crew showed up at ~3PM and promptly began work on my basement shower glass installation.  They worked for several hours to get the shower glass installed, having to overcome numerous obstacles such as a slightly uneven walls/tiles and complex dimensions.  They worked up until 9PM, but had to stop and come back the next day to finish the shower framing using a fresh set eyes.  After working over 6+ hours on my shower glass installation project, the crew finished up late last night.  Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Shower Glass Dreamworks. I am especially pleased with how they communicated their schedule delays using direct text or calls.

The project was to repair the planks on the deck and the associated stairs. Unfortunately, the original contractor had failed to install flashing, leading to rot on the stringers and joists that was not visible before the start of the project. As a result, both the stringers and joists needed repair. To me, this was not only beyond the original project scope but could be covered by twining the existing joists? an easier fix. Despite this, Malik completely replaced all three stair stringers and several joists at no additional cost. And, perhaps for the first time, I had to negotiate with a contractor to pay a higher price as he wanted to stick to his original quote, which was still pretty low considering the additional time and material required.
