"Team along with company owner arrived early and covered shrubs and grass around house with tarps, parked dump trailer in driveway for trash. Multiple guys on roof stripping off shingles and two guys on ground cleaning up as they worked. Roof underpayment and drip edge was on before lunch. With only about three and a half hours of daylight left, 9 guys all went to work on laying 30 squares of shingles, ridge vent and caps finishing the job in one day. Yard was cleaned up and nails were removed with a magnet, yard was left just as they found it. Evan’s Roofing team was experienced and very professional, using quality Owings Corning roofing products to complete the job. This is the second roof they have done for my family this year and they will be doing two more family houses in the spring. "Stefan is a real pro, he fixed up the piece of roof that was rotting and fixed it so that water didn't collect there by adding a cricket. He also found that our bathroom vent was going directly into the eves and the moisture was rotting out the wood. He put in a new vent for the cost of the vent. It even poured rain when they put the roof up and they kept it totally dry under tarps and finished the same day."

"A few weeks ago, I had Arch Exteriors come to my house to assess the condition of a roof replacement I got done recently. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had her roof done last year. The roof replacement on my house was performed by a different contractor but a roof leak that occurred during a thunderstorm 3 months after it was replaced made me feel like something wasn’t right. Camden of Arch Exteriors came to my house right on time for the appointment. He was very understanding of the situation and got on my roof to check it out. The roof ended up being a poorly installed roof and Camden went into detail with all the points of concern, taking close up pictures for me to view. He even offered to take me up to the roof and I appreciated how engaging he was to help me understand the situation. Camden was very knowledgeable, being specific about what went wrong with the previous replacement. Camden then did something that was beyond the expectation of a contractor who was stopping by for a free estimate. He took it upon himself to use a roof sealant he had on hand to try to fill all the holes and gaps that the previous contractor left, just to give me a peace of mind for a few weeks while I sort out my finances and figure out a plan to get a second roof replacement done. Although I didn’t end up pursuing a project with Arch Exteriors, I am incredibly grateful for how far this company will go to care for a customer, without expecting anything in return. They even offered some helpful advice on how to handle the situation with the previous contractor. "<p>The job was done quickly and professionally.  </p> <p>Two crew members came out and worked on the chimney.  They replaced a section of the chimney that had started flaking and falling off.  You can't even tell there was work done to it.  The brick is perfectly matched.  They did the job in about 4 hours.  It is absolutely perfect.</p> <p>The roofers came a few days later and replaced the roof.  They took off the old roof , swept off all the debris, laid down an underlayment and then installed the new shingles.  The crew was fast, courteous and efficient.  The project was completed in one day, including clean-up.</p> <p>I would recommend Politz Enterprises for roofing and gutter projects for the quality workmanship and fair prices they provide.  The professionalism and work ethic of the work crews is an asset to the company.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
