"Broken cable was fixed the same day I called! I think they happened to be in the area but still that was really great. For the broken door...it was one of 3 older styled wooden doors (16 yrs). We knew it would be hard to find exact replacement parts but Steve did find them and gave us a reasonable estimate to fix. However when my husband and I thought about it we decided to replace all 3 doors with new aluminum doors that would no longer get moldy and require painting every couple of years. Also the insulation factor is huge with new doors. Steve was great with explaining the "R" factor rating and the difference among the options (and was not at all pushy as he was willing to simply fix the broken door). Installation was right on schedule and although the doors were just installed we are really pleased with our decision to finally get the doors, with the decorative hardware, we wanted many years ago. They are also so much quieter than our previous doors! Price included removal of existing doors. Highly recommend!!"
