I interviewed several other companies but chose Highland because the estimator gave me more flexible options and promptly answered questions I had after the initial interview. They seem to really care about getting the best solution for the customer. They arrived on time, completed the work as promised, carried off debris, and left the place looking better than it was before they came. A couple of days after the work was done, the backup pump alarm sounded for no apparent. They came back immediately, checked out the system, and went over the operation with me, again. The cellar is quite dry, now."
