"Noel, Marvin and team completely remodeled our bathroom. Brought it down to the studs and re-did everything. They offered design ideas that we hadnâ t considered (half glass shower wall and floating vanity) which really made the final product look stunning. They gave us a quote up front and we just cut them the final check for the same amount we agreed to at the beginning. They went above and beyond in so many ways: they saw there wasnâ t insulation behind our babyâ s nursery and installed it, they added an extra outlet in a bedroom while re-doing the electrical, they vacuumed at the end of every day and had a temporary plastic wall to keep all the dust from getting to the rest of the house. They were reliable and communicative every step of the way. And we always felt comfortable with them in our house (even during COVID when we were working from home) . We are so happy with them and are looking for new projects to hire them for right now."

"I used TKT Remodeling Group LLC for a complete basement remodeling. Treon had wonderful ideas about ways to make my basement function more efficiently. He was the only contractor who took the time to discuss ways to remodel the basement that made sense (e.g., moving the bathroom and closet) into spaces that increased our living space. Treon and his crew are friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and responsive. He even surprised me with a new, functioning fireplace. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was able to go to work and leave the workers alone in my home with no problems. Even after my basement project was completed, I called Treon with questions, and he responded quickly. "AVSTEP was great to work with, the team started earlier than expected and completely fixed my foundation, not only with replacement block and cement, but added two different types of waterproofing as well. When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. The heavy brick and mortar waste from the building was promptly removed like it was never there. Would recommend AVSTEP for future building needs."

"We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also.
