"I could not be more pleased with my experience with Perfection Roofing and Siding. They installed a new roof, new sheathing, wrapped the house, installed Hardie Plank siding, painted the house and installed new gutters. Everything was done to perfection! Co-owner Robbie Morten was a pleasure to work with. His desire to be certain we were satisfied with all of the work performed was truly impressive. Robbie’s crews were all very professional, well-coordinated and efficient. The workmanship was top quality, and as a bonus, the Perfection Roofing and Siding bid was less than the big contractors. I highly recommend Perfection Roofing and Siding to anyone!"

"We got our new roof 2 years ago, we are still completely satisfied. Anthony was quick, he paid attention to the details and took care of everything for us. He met with and dealt with the insurance company. He worked during the day and his crew was done by the time we got home in the evening. He left our yard better than it was when they arrived. For 2 years we have had the best roof in the neighborhood. Recently our neighbors replaced their roof with one of the big name company's around town. Once they were done we were surprised (pleasantly surprised) to see that our 2 year old roof was noticeably better looking than their brand new one. THAT is pretty impressive."

"I had originally called to get a price on replacing the vent boots on a foreclosed home i was trying to purchase.  Marcus met me there and although he was running slightly late he did call and let me know.  No big deal to me.  If your service provider isn't busy there may be a reason in my mind!  Anyway,  He quickly climbed up on the roof and hit me with some devastating news that I needed a complete new roof.  This destroyed me.  Trying to protect my best interest I asked for a quick quote on a replacement cost.  He honored my request although he repeatedly informed me that he hated to do a rough guesstimate but understood my position.  i had to have some kind of idea to go back to the seller with $$ wise and it had to be about an hour from when we met.
Fast forward to the seller rejecting my offer but then we agreed on a lower price and I owned the home.  I then decided to get my usual 2 more estimates on the repairs to the roof vents.  I have heard repeatedly how roofers are some of the most dishonest folks in the business. Both of the other companies told me that I needed a new roof as well so I began getting prices.
Marcus then got down to business and was able to give me a detailed price quote that wound up being lower than the other 2.  He also was able to offer interest free financing for a year with no payments which certainly helped with the cash flow.  His
advice as to what color was very helpful.  I really wanted a wood color and he informed me that it would look phenomenal for about 5 years then due to the large amount of hardwoods on my lot they would begin staining it.  This sad but true fact was confirmed.
Only problem was now getting it installed.  He was willing to work Thanksgiving week if necessary.  He knew I was trying to celebrate Christmas in the house and was more than willing to do his part.  Unfortunately Mother Nature was very uncooperative with us.The only delay in getting it installed as promised was waiting for a few days break in the weather.  This is certainly understandable.  Once the break came they showed up with a large crew and got right to it.  They protected my landscaping and brand new HVAC compressors.  They worked well into dusk and were very fast and efficient.  To date I have found I think 3 nails leftover that they missed.
I read the other reviews on here and found Marcus easy to get a hold of and courteous and friendly as well as trustworthy and honest.  By the time it was all said and done I felt like i had purchased a roof from a friend.  To those looking at the price paid and saying WOW that's high!  My roof is very large with a steep pitch and lots of dormer windows.  2 stories in the front and 3 in the back.  Lots of gutters as well. He did offer me the option of going over the old roof and took the time to explain the pros and cons of that.
He is rated as a Master Elite roofer by GAF.  http://www.gaf.com/Roofing/Residential/Contractors/Profile/ME16958

"Great company to work with for wind damaged roof. They worked with my insurance company and took care of all the details. I got a brand new roof with minimal out of pocket expenses. (insurance deductible only) Austin was great to work with, and their roofing crew was fast and got the job done in a professional manner and did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. Highly reccomended."

"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"ProAccess Roofing did incredible work! My family and I were really pleased with the work done and the customer service that was performed. 10/10 recommend!"

"Right off the bat when Galen Quintana contacted us, we knew we were dealing with a true professional. The whole job went seamlessly, just as Galen promised it would. We would recommend SCI for any roof work or general remodeling. When you call and hire SCI, be sure to ask for Galen!"

"Total Pro Roofing and sales associate Cory were outstanding. From the opening phone contact, true professionalism to completion of the work. Highly impressed with the workmanship, professional explanations, and response/work time. Truly, a great experience (which is important...because if you need a new roof, you are most likely stressed already). I fully endorse Total Pro Roofing... ask for Cory, you will not be disappointed."

"Awesome job. Two roofs were completed in one day to include the clean up. They actually come back to do another nail check with magnets to make sure you don’t get flat tires. Please call David first before the insurance adjuster. I did not do this and my adjuster did not measure correctly and missed a lot of damage however David works with your insurance company to make sure you get everything covered. He is an expert with insurance company so I was taken care of. I had damaged siding that was not covered but he gave me an excellent price to fix everything. Professional crew and Taylor his supervisor is there to make sure everything is done correctly and on time. Call SOS roofing even if you don’t have an insurance claim just need a roof. You will get the best roof on your house and you will have a warranty and peace of mind. Thanks David and SOS for everything."
