"Lawton, the owner, was kind and accommodating. I spoke with him directly. He was able to schedule, move, and haul away old furniture (twin bed, sofa, end tables) quickly (within a day). Price was very reasonable and competitive! Did not have to deal with dispatcher or wait for other companies to provide over priced estimates. Also, didn’t have to adjust my schedule to work within a large company’s time frame. I definitely recommend Pristine Cleans! I will call them if I need any more haul away or cleaning services!"

"When I walked into the home it smelled clean and I could tell the floors had been cleaned. Upon further inspection, the floors in the bedrooms, laundry room, and third bathroom had not been touched. The third bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The kitchen counters were cleaned and the stove top was cleaned but the cabinets weren?t wiped down which I guess wasn?t actually part of the standard cleaning service. There was dust on the range hood. I didn?t check the picture frames and shelves, so I cannot speak to them. The back doors with glass were cleaned but the front door glass was not. For what was explained to be included, I feel like many things were overlooked. I?m not sure how $280 compares to other places around here, but even in the DC area I was able to get more detailed services for a home similar in size for that price. "
