"DON'T USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE!! To make a long story short, Rick sent Josh to do a job in the beginning of December. It's the middle of March now and still haven't heard back from Rick. We paid 5,200 dollars. Something wasn't right and water was backing up in the sink now. The ground has been very dry for weeks and the water still won't drain properly. Rick never came by to see what went wrong and won't return any calls. This speaks volumes! He does NOT guarantee his work or the guy he sends out. If it's something he can't handle fixing then he will ignore you. This is the attitude of a back yard plumber not a professional. I will retract this review if Rick ever does decide to come and see what Josh did or didn't do that caused the problem of water backing up into our kitchen sink now. I have a feeling Rick just doesn't care!! So if you still see this review then go with another plumber."

"Seth came over to check the job, which was to replace a cartridge in a tub faucet that was dripping. quoted 300 bucks. I paid him He had a hard time getting the old one out, as it was very tight. Anyway, he installed the new one, turned on the water to see if it was ok. No drips when turned off. He seemed to be in a hurry, so he left, not bothering to clean up after the job was done. The next morning I went downstairs to find my basement flooded, with a water leak coming from the bathroom where the work was done. I called him, he came over and told me ( without even looking at the problem ) the the shower valve " probably and broke from the water pressure after replacing the cartridge.. he told me it would be 1300 bucks to repair. He left, after capping off the water lines to the tub. He never contacted me after that. Basement was flooded, the bedroom upstairs had soaked carpet. Contractor I hired showed me damage was done during installation of the cartridge. "
