He does exceptionally well with repairs, explaining things, clean up, and I’ve never had to call him back for the same issue. When he fixes things, they run well! "PureWater Plumbing My 20 plus year old water heater got flooded out when we go 6.5 inches of rain. The convetional water heater was in the crawl space in a hole below grade. The only real optin I had was to go to a tankless system. Lanney came out (early!), looked over the situation and gave me anestimate on a tankless Navian unit. The following Monday atric and Steve came out fot the installation. Both were professional, courteous, and efficient. The job was done neatly and cleaned up afterward.
