One screen was not square when it arrived, but they ordered a replacement (for no extra cost) and did not expect us to complete payment until that had been installed. "The installers we're very knowledgeable and worked continuously from dawn to dusk to get the project done in one day. They had our fencing ready to be installed 4 weeks earlier than planned. We were so grateful, as our dogs were used to using a doggy door to go out. For 2 months we had to take them out on a leash. We were very happy with the finished product, it looks amazing!!!"
