"Jose, Randy and Tosin did a remarkable job installing all new gutters around my house and they did it all in one day. Looks beautiful! No more cleaning gutters!"

"Provided a fair estimate within a day of being contacted, and scheduled work just a few days later. They arrived on time, made the gutters on site, installed them, the downspouts, and the gutter guards within about 6 hours of arriving. Excellent quality work. The crew never stopped working the whole time they were here, and they cleaned up everything perfectly. Highly recommend this company."

"Started on time. Only replaced fascia and soffit boards as needed, then caulked and painted before installing gutters and guards. Area was cleaned, denailed and old gutters removed. Cost was as noted on estimate, no added cost. Sergio and crew took great pride in their work."

"Installed new gutters in one day"

"Legacy Gutters was timely, and the workers efficient and knowledgeable regarding the work needed. The lead tech Jose was cordial. The gutter installers arrived an hour early, and before leaving cleaned the area removing small pieces of cut sheet metal. I am extremely satisfied and will use Legacy Gutters on my next project. I will also recommend Legacy Gutters and give them 5 stars. Derek [30314]"

"I am a very satisfied customer. I had my roof, gutters, and awnings replaced by PGRS after a hail storm a few years ago. I also recently had the drip edge installed. I had estimates by 4 different companies but ultimately chose PGRS because of Jason Loyd, the sales rep. I was most impressed by Jason because he was very personable and courteous. He was patient and answered all of my questions (of
which I had about a million). Lol. He explained everything very thoroughly. He is a great 1st impression for the company. Good move PGRS. Jason has great People/Soft skills. My interactions with other staff members have been just as positive. I have not had any problems with my roof, gutters, or awnings. If I do, I have the utmost confidence that PGRS will do their best to resolve any
issues. I read a few of the negative comments here and I will say that customers are NOT always right! Companies should be expected to do their best, which PGRS does. Some customers have unrealistic expectations from companies. Positive experiences are had when each party does their best. Customers have responsibilities for their people skills too! If PGRS could leave reviews on their customers, some of us would never have businesses wanting to work with us at all. In conclusion...PGRS is a great company to work with. Communicating with them is easy and professional. I highly recommend them!

"Installers did a great job, and accommodated request. Complete color change. Replaced gutters, added covers, trim, soffits (with hardy board - I painted before installed!), and freeze board trim. Trim didn’t come in same color as gutters? But installers accommodated best as possible."

"Very professional. Removed existing gutters and installed seamless gutters and covers Outstanding job /service"

"The people who can in to do the work did a good job. I think. They asked that they be allowed to take out all the screens( metal ones) on the gutters, I just felt I should have had some time to research this before I it was done. I was busy and just need the gutters cleaned ,so I gave a go ahead. Now I don't know what to expect in the coming months. Should I get new screens or no screens at all..I think it would have been helpful if they had give some recommendation about the next step for the gutters upkeep.."

"Lynn s quote was on the spot. They worked with my schedule and completed my gutter installation on schedule. They removed my old gutters and disposed. When they finished there was no evidence that they had been there except that I had new gutter system. They also redesigned the gutters system to where I didn t have one down spout in the middle of my porch. I would recommend them. Good communication with jerald"
