"Excellent. The Driver, Roberto was very punctual. Whenever he gave me a time of when he would be coming to either pickup the car or deliver the car, he was very punctual almost to the minute. Roberto did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. I felt my "baby" was in good hands and he was very professional and responsible about the whole thing. I also liked that he gave me updates along the way."

"I had steel front entry door that faced the morning sunlight. As a result of this, along with paint color, the door (and sidelights) absorbed a lot of heat and underwent a lot of expansion and contraction. This expansion eventually led to the sidelight trim to bust causing a drafty entryway and moisture intrusion. Also, probably as a result of the house settling after construction, both the entry door and and storm door were not square and didn't shut and latch properly. I went to the showroom and informed Mr. Pittner of my problems and he suggested the type of door I should get installed which I agreed to. Mr. Pittner called before coming out to perform the removal and installation and they arrived on time. They made two trips out to the house, the first to install entry door then later to install the storm door after I painted the entry door (I wanted to save a little bit so I did the paint myself) They performed the work quickly and quietly (as quiet as you can for a construction job!) and were even open to any questions I asked during the process. They were thorough in their clean up as well. I am very happy with the installation and am no longer embarrassed by my front door. I would definitely recommend this Pittner Services and if I ever have a similar job (windows, doors, etc.) they will be the first I would call.
My only "complaint" would be the timing of installation. I got the initial quote towards the end of May, installation of the entry door occurred in mid July, and completion of the project with the storm door in mid September. When we were determining a day to come out I was put on the schedule as ASAP, meaning that the installation shouldn't take long and they would fit me in between bigger jobs. I can't really complain much because I wasn't in a hurry to get the job completed and if I wanted it done sooner I would have requested a firm date, so some of the "blame" could have been put on me. Weather also played a role, we ended up having a wet June so that pushed a number of jobs back. Another reason I can't complain much is they when they did come out in July, it was after a nice cold front pushed through which knocked the temps down near 80 degrees, so I saved in not having to run the AC while they had the front entry way wide open during installation. Finally, when they made the second trip out to install the storm door they took a look at and repaired a closing and latching problem I was having with my back patio door (installed by a Lowes installer a couple years earlier, had simliar thermal expansion and moisture problem) at no extra cost! I wish I had Pittner for that job. I can look at time issue in a positive light however, if it took this long to come out to complete the job due to other projects going on, then there are other people that see that they perform quality work.
"

"We were not happy with them and we didn't like the way they kind of put on the pressure for us to sign up for that membership, We used them twice more to get our moneys worth and then we weren't gonna call them anymore, we wouldn't use them again. I would say the job they did was done well, they started out by saying they have to replace the whole toilet and we said well that was ridiculous this one could be repaired and it was just like they were always this particular man maybe it was just this salesman, repair man just seem to push push push to make every thing cost more, that was the part of it we didn't like so we ended up thinking well we didn't know if we paid a fair price are not in the end."

"
We have generally not been very pleased with the landscape division of Wayne's. I have had positive dealings with the pest control and termite areas of the company in terms of price and quality of work, but the landscape area hasn't lived up to my expectations.

1) They do not always come on the same days or consistently throughout the year to cut my grass.

2) There have been at least 2 times in the last year where they did not cut a fairly large portion of my yard.

3) They cut my grass far too low and now it looks horrible

4) my contract stipulates that they will trim back my shrubbery. They have not done this one time without me complaining about. I expect them to trim them back as needed--I should not have to remind them periodically to do it.

5) The yard is less green than it was with Trugreen/Chemlawn. This is likely due to not fertilizing at the correct times

6) I have tried to enlist them to do some general landscape work in my flower beds (installing drainage) and the price they quoted me was ridiculous ($1000 for about 6 hours work). It was apparent that they had no interest in doing the install.

At this point the only thing keeping me with Wayne's landscape is the pest control services I receive and the lower price I get from bundling.

"

"They showed up on time and moved furniture out of their way and covered all exposed carpet and furniture. They did a great job
patching and painting the walls and in a very timely manner. They did an excellent job on the trim around the doors, windows and
baseboards in the bedroom and the bathroom. The room looks great now.
"

"
I actually used this company in 2014 when it was House Doctors. My experience with them as House Doctors was okay. The owner was punctual and a worker came out to do the repairs but what I expected to be a few hours turned into an all day. Some of the original work was repairing a piece of my floor which meant sawing up a piece of the floor board, cutting a new piece to size, and nailing it back down and the worker was wearing slouchy, baggy shorts and flip flops. I felt they were a little pricy but I also realized I was calling a handyman and paying more for convenience than anything.

In 2015 I called the name on my House Doctors receipt and found out the company had changed it's name. I called them to come out and quote installing some crown molding in the living room, attaching some fixtures in the bathroom, and installing new lights and a mirror. The owner again was very punctual but spend quite a bit of time explaining to me why he had cut ties with the House Doctors franchise. He also disagreed with me on how I wanted the crown molding and seemed to charge way to much for simple installations in the bathroom. In the end, we didn't use It's Done as there quote was the highest and probably won't use them in the future. They are punctual but that is pretty much where the positive ends. They seem overpriced for the services they are providing and will only do it the way they want to and not really listen to what your asking for.

"

"My wife and I, wanted to have some custom cabinets built, in a recessed wall, in our dining room, to match the cupboards above. Mr. Greg Slinkard, measured up the recess, took notes about the cupboards above and said he'd order the wood (Ash), and build the cabinets to our design specs. After three weeks, he was ready to install the cabinets. When he brought the finished product indoors, we were amazed, at the high quality product he installed. The fit was perfect. Quality, Craftsmanship, attention to detail were abundantly evident. Mr. Slinkard, takes great pride, in his workmanship. To say we were pleased, would be an understatement. So, if you have requirements for woodcraft products, I strongly urge you, to contact Slinkard Woodcraft for a quote. You won't be disappointed. Also, his prices, are extremely reasonable. "we noticed mold growing in our basement. Enviro safe came out, opened the wall found that there was still a slow leak from a pipe and advised us to call the plumber, which we did and repaired the leak. Envirosafe completed the remediation, gave us recommendations of drywall and paint repair and even left their air purifier system and drapes up while the drywall repair took place which cut down on dreaded drywall dust.
"
