That said, I really like the owner personally, and as poor as this recent experience has been, I also used Green Matters in prior years with superb results. So, I am very disappointed, but there is more work I would like to have done, and would give Green Matters another chance IF very firm, inforceable commitments were made. And for that to be acceptable, I would require the work to be done with only a very small upfront payment."

We had two VERY large and old hardwood tress that were hanging over our house removed and a smaller tress removed. He and his team were great, very professional, efficient, and great at their job.
