"What a fantastic roofing company! John Pugh/Project Manager, was so professional, courteous, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We were so impressed with how each item of the roof replacement was written and conveyed directly to our insurance company. The job only took a day and a half and we were so pleased with how well the workers cleaned up our front and back yards. We highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Construction to anyone needing a roof repaired or replaced. Total professionals from start to finish!"

"America Roofing (AffordableRoofService.com) is excellent roofing business. The owner Mike Hicks contacted me immediately as soon as i had filled out the request for service. Communication with him was exemplary. He was there to answer every time i called. My roof was damaged by dense hail and all shingles needed replaced. He promptly (next day) inspected my roof and provided a very reasonable quote. The work was scheduled within only a few days, and his team showed up ready exactly as promised. The roof project started at 7:30 in the morning and finished around 3:30 in the afternoon. He personally supervised the roof job. When the roof was done the crew took good care to thoroughly clean up around the house. In the end Mike even took off 100 dollars from my bill for paying in full. As a happy customer I highly recommend Mike Hicks and his team at America Roofing."

"Greg and his crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement! The quality of his work and communications on the job prior to, during, and after the job gave us a very high level of comfort and confidence. He was able to get the replacement of a very large roof done in two days. He was personally at our place throughout the job to answer questions. We had some related siding issues that he also completed to limit future leaks. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to have a roof repair or replacement."

"I cannot express how easy and wonderful our experience was with Cobalt Roofing and David. Our roof had been damaged during a storm in October 2014. He was present for the insurance inspection and made sure that everything was documented. He also handled the insurance end regarding the cost and making sure we were getting what we needed.
I have never actually use my homeowners insurance, so I was unsure of what to expect. David made the process so simple. He was overly fair priced and gave us multiple upgrades and provided additional services at no cost. He did not require any upfront payment. He was exceptionally professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
The process (with homeowners insurance) takes time, but David was on the job immediately after the insurance approved everything. The men who did the work were efficient, considerate, and hardworking. The roof looks amazing and we are very pleased with the results.
As for the payment process, we did not pay him until after our insurance reimbursement was given to us. He did not pressure or push about anything financial and understood the time frame of using homeowners insurance claims. I was very grateful for how respectful and understanding he was.
Honestly, it was so simple and easy on my end. I kept thinking it was too good to be true, but it was good. I would highly recommend using Cobalt.

"Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.

"My wife and I met with several different vendors after our frustration over the last couple of years with our electric bill and recognizing the value of replacing our windows. This company was not only the most affordable, but offered us a better quality window, and with perfect service. They were faster than we had originally agreed, and went out of their way to protect our home inside and out. I never fill out these kind of reviews, but they were so terrific that I felt compelled to do so. I highly recommend baseline if you have any window repair or replacement needs."

"I had a wonderful experience working with Pro Building! They handled every step of the process with courtesy and professionalism. I would gladly use them again, if their services were needed, and I would recommend them to anyone."
