Family company that delivered star professional results. Special acknowledgement, this was my first time contracting with them, and, after starting them for a day and a half I had to leave on business mid-way into their part of the project, however, all work jobs were performed and completed on time as discussed and according to specifications with great looking results. Charlie from landmark construction came over to check and see the work that I wanted to do and after our first meeting, he came back and provided me with several options of color combinations for the paint. In additional to that, Charlie repaired some cracks that the walls had and he included that in the estimate as well. The work was performed by his workers and they did a great job! The tankless system that he installed for me came out as the best part of the work because it provided me with hot water while saving the gas when I'm not using it. During the work, I noticed that Charlie is pretty honest man and his estimate was pretty much very good.
