"Kaui’s Kleaners was prompt in responding, very friendly and punctual. They provided everything from carpet cleaning to windows, fans and appliances. With the Covid-19 situation, they also took proper precautions to safeguard themselves and others. The job only took a few hours. Would use them again, but probably during the week since they charge extra to work on the weekends."

While I tend to trust the workers, there is NO way I could go onto the roofs, esp. pf the second story , and check out that the gutters are property cleaned. "I got Masterpiece through Homeadvisor while living in South Korea. The price beat all competitors we contacted. We were relocating to Hawaii and had a very small window to tear out tile and carpet then re-floor our entire house. Willi and his wife contacted me right away, helped us pick the right product, determine the type and color of molding, and scheduled the work all while we were still in Asia! Once we got to Oahu, Willi met with us to confirm the flooring product was right (pictures are difficult to judge), discussed how the flooring would be laid out, and promised us the work would be done on time. On this last part, Willi was wrong- they finished early. Floor looks great and we would recommend Masterpiece to anyone."

He also explained to us very well how the very old waistline pipes were clogged with corrosion over over 65 years and gave us a quick and fair price to do more aggressive cleaning of the main waistline to the street. Steve’s brought over a very experienced waistline Cleaning Employee who did I terrific job of descaling the old pipe and saving us thousands of dollars. We have few thieves for HVAC and plumbing and have always been happy with their fairness, communication, and service. We will continue to use them and are always amazed at their service.
