"I called and they answered back a day and 1/2 later. Ken came out within a week and gave me a bid.  I checked other bids and chose Ken. I gave a down payment 4/18/14. Waited until a break in the weather and they pressure washed the house.About a

C & C has repaired roofs on short notice and been very straightforward about condition/ replacement need. They even advised us to hold off on replacement after a leak, as repairs would be good for several years more. They are responsive to calls and clean up after the work was excellent. When full replacement was necessary, the work was done as scheduled and the estimated cost was fully explained and accurate."

The contractor's suggestion to put the previous fence's replacement on top of the wall was also very positive. The new wall and fence are much more attractive and stable than the previous. "I called to cancel it because, there was a lot of miscommunication. There was not enough understanding of what I needed and what they were doing. Then they tried to help me out, it turned out OK in the end and it got resolved. It took me a while to call them because, I had surgery. They were responsive and good. What I had done took longer, so I had to pay another $400. I would have done more research, or gotten more bids on it. They were pleasant, and responsible. For me, it would have been better if they had sent someone at first, before they did the job. I would have shown them what needed to be done, and they would have understood me better. They were punctual."
